January Series

FPC will be one of 50 remote webcast locations hosting the 30th edition of the January Series live from Calvin College, each weekday from Jan. 4 through Jan. 24, 2017.  The 2016 January Series received rave reviews from Stillwater viewers. A similar response is expected for the 2017 January Series.

Each year in January, Calvin College broadcasts its January Series, an award-winning program featuring experts who offer informed perspectives on a wide range of today’s most relevant social issues, including global governance, human rights, race relations, healthcare reform, politics, poverty, religion, and the gender gap in technology. It is literally a free liberal arts education in 15 lessons. The topics are designed to have universal appeal, but some will have special relevance to thoughtful people of faith.

The FREE sessions start promptly at 11:30 in the Fellowship Hall and end at 12:30. You may attend as many (1-15) of the sessions (listed below) as you like/can. You are welcome to bring your lunch.
